I purchased galaxy m30 .now battery charge not updating from 5%to 6 % or higher..phone should get connected to charger 24/7..which is real-time power connection ...while contacting authorized service center they were telling to change motherboard which costs 8000 ...now Samsung is this just to loot people??yes my warrenty Is over,but,this issue is from updating latest version of Android..I already seen Many tweets where users facing issues to change motherboard ...after upgrading to new version we are getting this type of issues...I was really fan of Samsung earlier ..now I suggest all not to buy any of samsung products .
Try changing the charger and the cable first, if that doesn't work, get the battery replaced. If that doesn't work, you have to pay for motherboard replacement, because this issue is not known at all and M30 was never affected by this issue.
