1. My newly purchased M51 gets hang frequently.

2. Finger scanner not effective. Works only after few attempts.

3. Camera in night mode shows lot of grains. It looks like you are watching stars in the dark sky.

4. It is not clear whether knox security is only software or only hardware based or both.

Except above my phone is ok.

Please provide solutions.
