Galaxy M51 camera issue

I am a user of the Galaxy M51 and recently I have noticed that I am unable to use the Ulta wide camera lens for clicking photos but the same lens works well for videos. Is it supposed to be like this or is everyone using the same phone facing this issue?

reset the camera app then it will be fine.

Wide angle is not accessible from 4:3H mode.
