There are no guaranteed dates for Samsung updates. Samsung releases updates randomly and you can only wait for them.

There is no guarantee for the date when Samsung will provide the future update for security patch update this we have to check every now and then or here if anybody will see the the update coming then they will inform why don't you do one thing there is a option available in the security update auto download over Wi-Fi or you can do one more thing that is switch on your developer mode there is a option over there which clearly says that you will be informed when the latest update comes. 😉

Yes, we want update asap. But samsung should not provide just simply security patch update. We are waiting for update with samsung pay and clipboard.

Yes, but we cannot trust samsung in this regards. Samsung can also give samsung pay mini, mentioning your device is not compatible for Samsung Pay (though we know device is compatible), but we cannot say anything to samsung.
