Galaxy M51 Charging Problem

My Galaxy M51 charging got stuck at 76 % after restarting two times it got stuck again at 86 % and 91 % respectively. I have tested the charging in switch off mode, safe mode as well. I have done the Clear cache as well in the bootloader option. Even Reset all settings as well. The problem still continues. 

I have two phones of same model Galaxy M51. Suddenly one after another, both of my phones are facing problem. 

My sockets are good and my charger and cables are original and good as well. Both of the phones are only 2 years old. 

Someone help me in this situation. It suddenly happened. I don't know what to do. Like how it happened on both phones suddenly?

Tho my phone is always under the fan. I'm trying not to overheat my phone as well. It's wierd that it's already been 2 years. It just suddenly happened even in switched off condition when phone is cool

Try charging it after disabling fast charging

I did, the problem still continues. As well the new flashing software and the charger is good as well

I visited several times. None of the topics helps me. Last option is service center

I'm going to service center again. They said it maybe battery issues or charging strip problem. I don't think so it's battery problem coz I have another M51 model. It has the same problem one day after mine

Even im facing the same problem since 4 month's, nothing helps
Same like ur phone, issues started arising after 2 and half year

I am facing the issue with charging ... sometime it charge for few days and after approx 3 days it stops charging .. this issue I have started facing from last month. Can someone help what could be issue... it does not look like charger issue as I have used the new charger as well and other phone charge with both chargers... and software or patch update available
