Galaxy M31s having problem of Auto Restart frequently

I am suffering problem of Auto Restart frequently in my Galaxy M31s mobile purchased in August 2020.

I have visited Samsung Service center, they told me to replace motherboard at the cost of Rs.8000/-

I have already done FACTORY RESET but the problem doesn't solve.

I have come to know that there are many customers of M31s having same problem of Auto Restart.

This is the company fault in M31s mobile phone.

I recommend to never buy Galaxy M31s mobile having motherboard poor quality.

Use device care and update apps daily. It is apps misbehaving effect.

Same here M31s victim auto restarting since 7 sept 2021, just tired of sending errors , Samsung has released Crona for M series

It is because of last buggy software update.

Change motherboard for 6k-8k and never choose Samsung again.

If its uodate issue how changing hardware fixed it and this will not repeat again???

Changing motherboard means all our data is gone. And official software is flashed my service centre ( they might have software without bugs) and it can be repeated if samsung pushes buggy update again.
