Galaxy M31 bug and sound issue

I bought galaxy M31 on July 25th. It worked out fine for 3 weeks. Then all of a sudden video recording was not possible. I went to Dubai Mirdif city centre store and submitted the phone. After 2 days they fixed it and told that it was a software bug. Then the phone was not having any problem for one month. Then again came the severe problem of No sound output, videos in fast forward mode, video recording not working. Then i went to the same service center and they replaced the mother board. After one month again the issue happenned. I went to service centre, they reinstalled software and issue was solved. Within 24 hrs the same issues again happenned. Then i searched in samsung community for a solution. Found a step by step procedure and did it. Problem was solved. Again after one day the same issues are happenning.At the same time my wife is having the same phone which we bought in a gap of a week and that is having no issues till date. I regularly contacted the Samsung customer care for a replacement which they are deliberately delaying. This is a pathetic situation especially in this covid season. I have spent almost quarter portion of the value of the phone for visiting the sevice centre. Replacement is the one and only option for this..Is there any other permenant solution for this???.

Please call the call center and request for remote assistance - they may be able to help resolve this.
