I bought it to go over chinese brand but samsung is full of disappointing.

It hangs atleast once a day without using much of apps

I found this problem while using camera, chrome, fb and many more apps even after removing antivirus as suggested by support guy and also removing downloaded unused apps

Please support to solve

bro if you dont use them put them to sleep apps ( they wouldn't run in background)

yes thats also a option but even after removing these extra apps problem has not been solved..i faced it while using camera which is inbuilt app, chrome,fb even more than 3gb ram is still avilable

brother go to safemode, and check if not such issue then problem with your apps and not phone

and if same problem in safemode then you have to go service centre and request them to reinstall your software update

once clear wipe cache partition and lets see

Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

i found hanging problem in safe mode as well

Then if you have laptop try updating your device using Smart Switch or Visit service center.
