My Phone crashed after April-1 OTA update.

Only way to resolve the issue was to install official stock firmware.

Followed below steps for successful resolution of the problem:

1) Install Samsung USB Drivers and ODIN for Android 10 on your PC - v3.14.1 (Android 10 version) : https://www.dropbox.com/s/f6b08rsxk1tdxck/Odin3-v3.14.1.zip?dl=1
For details Refer URL : https://www.androidinfotech.com/download-odin-all-versions/

2) Download Galaxy M31 official stock ROM (Full speed download) : https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-M315F/INS/M315FXXU1ATB7

3) Refer these URLs for Stock ROM installation details :

Important Note: Select CSC file if you want to do a clean install or you can Select Home_CSC if you want to keep your apps and data.

New Update :

Just now installed the latest firmware with April-1 patch. Working fine.

Latest firmware can be downloaded from :  https://samfrew.com/download/Galaxy__M31__/yu1l/INS/M315FXXU1ATD1/M315FODM1ATD1/

@vgr99 hello. I have followed steps 1 and 2, but not sure how to proceed. I want all my data intact, so kindly tell me how to proceed, and when do we get the option to choose home_csc instead of just csc.

@gomathy...in Odin while adding md5 files...for CSC field add HOME_CSC md5 file to keep your data and apps intact.
