After updating android 11 I'm unable to install Samsung Video Library from Galaxy Store error shows This content isn't compatible with your phone's operating system.

just open galaxy store - click on search icon - type 'Samsung video library' an then search you will get it click it and download it

try from this link and if same issue persist then
long press on galaxy store app icon >app info (ibutton) >storage >clear cache and data restart your device then try again

in android 10 I'm using Samsung Video Library but after updating android 11 i hard reset my M30s After that video libray not install i also clear cache and data but problem not solved.

then do one thing Reboot in a safemode then try again
steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

as per your suggestion i tried download Video library in safe mode but same error present.
