Galaxy M01 long time to save video on sd card

After I've upgraded to Android 11, I've been facing this issue where the video we record would take so long to save on sd card

 Like in this scenario it took a minute for 30 second video and it will take significantly longer for longer videos

 There was the audio quality issue, and now this :(

 Before you say my sd card is slow, no it's not.

 It would work perfect before the update

Edit: this problem does not occur when recording in 720p 30fps.

It only occurs in 1080p 30fps
