Galaxy M01 earphone audio issue?

Hii all 🙌!

 Recently updated my phone(Galaxy M01) to One UI Core 3.1.

 Now I am facing audio quality issues(vocals of songs get muffled) while using wired earphones.

 Is anyone else facing samilar issue? Or is it a problem with my 3.5mm earphone port

you're not alone. everyone is facing the same problem. oh, and do not reset your phone, it won't solve the issue.

Of course every user of M01 is facing this issue. Samsung should immediately sort out this. Looks like the phone has got outdated within few months of its purchase. Should we get a new phone now Samsung? Plz do something

dont know abt wtsap calls but regular calls are okay.

Calls would be okay. What I feel is there is some broken (software) audio controller which has some filters configured wrong in this version. (Probably a very aggressive low pass filter. Most things that don't have complex audio or bass should work fine. Other stuff such as music will get extremely distorted.

exactly!!
youtube videos seem fine, but in songs the starting part of a song(for about 1-2 secs) work fine before it distorts, that's when the filter kicks-in
