GALAXY M20: SCREEN FREEZE AND 'GHOST TAP' ISSUE

Guys, my trust on Samsung is set to dwindle. Just got myself a Galaxy M20, and have been facing issues on my month old phone. My screen freezes randomly, and comes back to life on turning it off ( just the screen) and on. Also, this "ghost tapping" happens on a regular basis. Please help.

I suggested you to visit care center it's better that way I bought A8 plus last year and I faced display problem my phone wasn't able produce black colours properly during watching a certain darker videos. I was told it is normal & I learned to live with it😅

its default on all Samsung phones
for me if i switch off internet it will be normal
but yet there will be lagging

samsung rolled out the new update for screen freezing issuie i installed it i say it is now stable you can now install it the update check if you get the update
