Full One UI update in M51

Recently i chatted with Samsung Customer Care, They are saying M51 have all the hardware required for full flexed One UI. So it has chance of getting  full One UI in near future.

m series don't get Full one ui
if Samsung give full one ui in M series then what is difference in M series and A series.
then why any one buy A series phone??
