Front Camera not Working

Hi, My Samsung Galaxy M30 front camera is not working after recent updates. If I switch to Front camera then it stuck in Black Screen.And then Camera app gets crashed.

Please help me with this.

1. I tried clearing Data from camera app

2. Tried Resetting the camera settings.

3. Tried Resetting the whole device.

None of the above solution is working. Please provide some solution

Already visited. They tried Resetting everything and Software Update for my phone, But still it's not resolved.

then go again an approach to resolve your issues, they are service centre they have to solve at any cost brother
why you leave them easily

Ya, the point is that they are suggesting me to Replace the Hardware which is not the solution. As I found many user with the same problem and after replacing the hardware they issue is still not resolved. I am expecting a software solution for the same.

make a backup of all of your important data and do a factory reset.

maybe you haven't read my post. Go through it again. Did that step already.

If the probelm is software related, and occured after OTA updating your device, then download whole firmware for your device from samfirmware.com
Then using odin, flash firmware. If the issue still persists, then it's hardware related and you have to go with changing hardware part of front camera.
