Same problem with me and don't do anything just go to samsung service centre and show them. They will replace your motherboard I have given my phone and for more information u can check my profile and my posts.
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps: >Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
>Main menu--> Camera--> Setting of camera --> Reset of camera settings.
>Check your device performance in Safe mode.
