Flashlight for video call

We should be allowed to use flashlight when video calling through rear camera to make video calls in low light conditions.

I can't enable torch light while using camera. how can I solve?

Switch off the camera app and then enable torch; you can't do both at the same time.

why can't they enable toggling the flash from outside if the camera is not using it..
I am not sure who got such stupid idea of completely blocking the flash usage during video calls
