Fingerprint sensor is not working

 Facing this issue since 3-4 months. Whenever i try to unlock my phone, it shows fingerprint sensor is not working. I'm also not able to change or delete the fingerprints id. Can anyone please help me.

Is there is any scratches on the fingerprint sensor or some type of damage was occur ever?
You should have to visit the service centre once

Maybe it got damaged 😕. Check it through service centre.
