Galaxy MI recovered a m30s phone by Samsung's find my mobile service.
But when I found it, I discovered that when I rang it remotely, the phone was ringing at the pre-installed 'homecoming' tune which I don't think helps even though ringing at high levels.
I tried it on my M21 and it is same here.
Please, can someone help me setting up a custom ringtone for find-my-mobile rings?

Galaxy MJust keep the findmymobile option ON in the settings and since samsung has mandated 2 factor authentification, keep your security codes accessible.
Now try opening findmymobile.samsung.com and try out features like locking the phone, ringing it, using map (the map has 2 faces- try switching them) etc.
Try it yourself now so that you don't have to fiddle when the time comes. 😊

Galaxy MSee, the lock phone option doesn't allow the phone to be turned off either.
The worst you can imagine is that if someone takes out SIM card, the service won't work. The phone needs to be connected to a network (SIM internet or WiFi).
But if the theif connects it to any wifi, then you can find your phone.
If nothing works out, you can have your IMEI number on findmymobile.samsung.com and register an FIR.

Galaxy MHmm I thought someone might know a trick or tip, whatever...
Where can I give feedback about this, so that samsung can think upon developing this feature?
