I purchased a Samsung M06 5G (128GB) from Supreme Mobiles, Cantonment, Trichy, on 26th July 2025 for ₹12,000, whereas the online price was ₹8,500. My initial intention was to buy a Samsung A06 5G, but the sales team persuaded me to opt for the M06.
On the very day of purchase, I encountered a charging fault and immediately reported it to the store manager and sales executive, Mr. Manoj. I was initially assured that the handset would be replaced. However, after multiple follow-ups, repeated visits, and significant personal inconvenience over a span of 20 days, I was informed that only the charging adapter (not the phone) would be replaced, as they claimed it was the faulty component.
Additionally, I was provided with a duplicate charger and tempered glass, further impacting my trust in the purchase. This entire experience has caused me considerable time loss, disrupted my personal commitments, and left me extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.
Given this experience, I will be informing friends, family, and colleagues to avoid purchasing from Supreme Mobiles. I strongly urge the management to address such practices to ensure no other customer faces similar treatment in the future.
Service centre as of now thay are claiming as faulty charging adopter how ever they are not sure about the fault that is the main concern and I need the replacement so my confidence also will be at higher side and suggest my colleague to purchase samsung
