I have Samsung M30s, recently the phone is not supporting fast charging, I have done all the basic troubleshooting still the problem persists. I even done the factory reset but the problem is not resolved. Please provide the solution.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Charge the device Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
