Team, Anyone can guide me to do factory reset for M40. As I am trying to do but not happening.

Switch off the device. ... Open the recovery menu using the buttons on your device. ... Once the recovery menu has launched on your device, use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to select "Delete all user data" or "Wipe data/factory reset", then press the Power button to select.

Go to settings then general management click reset

Go to Settings> About phone> reset>factory data reset.
**NOTE: You have to verify your samsung account or enter your screen lock password/pin/patten to proceed.

Try hard reset.
From android 11, you need to connect to usb for sure (connect headphones or with laptop).

Then do hard reset.
