Facing slowness issue in phone app pop-up is shown delayed

After updating to latest version of m51, facing slowness issue in phone app pop-up is shown delayed "Make call with sim 1 or sim 2". Any one facing the same problem?????

Clear wipe partition in recovery mode
And also go to safe mode
