Lately, a weird problem has cropped up on my Samsung Galaxy M14 model phone. When I use the Facebook app, nothing loads. The internet on the Facebook app only kicks in when the VPN is turned on. Mind you, Facebook isn't blocked in my area. On other phones, the Facebook app runs just fine without any VPN. I've tried using multiple WiFi networks and mobile data from multiple operators, but it didn't do the trick. Even after reinstalling the Facebook app from the Play Store, no solution came about.
As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps and if your device other application working fine. So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline to make sure there is no issue from their end.
However, If still facing the same issue, kindly share the log file. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
