samsung shame on you you ,cheat users as internet not properly working in new samsung M31S , send any patch, update , SERVICE IS IMPORTANT THEN PRODUCT, WE SHOULD BOYCOTT SAMSUNG,  HOPE YOU LISTEN ,IMPROVE,  SEND ME SOLUTIONS, regards Arun, arunsinghever111@gmail.com,Faridabad, India.

Internet is working flawlessly in my M31s. Contact your internet service provider for issues related to internet issues.

samsung not cheated ..... I am using same m31s no issue here ....because we users install especially samsung software via smart switch or by samsung service center which is proper process and recommended....if someone simply install software via simply mobile data or wifi then this will happened only for software loop hole formation because samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software not like other company hence if someone simply use mobile data or wifi to install software in any samsung devices then anything mysterious can happened

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and to resolve network issue please follow below given steps:-


1. Check network operators and select automatically (Settings> Connections> Mobile Network>Network operator> select automatically > Tap on OK > Registered on network).


2. Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Dear samsung I faced same issues in M30s. Though i changed my device no one in my home ready to take that device because this issues. Even the latest update not fixed it.
