Extra dim feature not available in one ui 4.1

Even after updating accessibility services there is no extra dim feature on my phone. But my friend had same phone and he has the extra dim feature. Please help with proper solution

Having One UI 4.1 doesn't means that you'll get all of One UI 4.1 features
Some features are reserved for Flagships only

Yeah, I know, cause M & F series has OneUI core version & not complete OneUI.
