Everytime Auto restart and heating problem

My m21 auto restart every time , in case i not use the mobile .  Tbe problem faced my mobile after one ui 3.1 . i faced this problem from  5 months. 

I report samsung but not solved it they don't care costumer/user. 

Now i cannot open camera , when i tap camera my mobile automatically switch off and restart 20 times. 

Please samsung solve the problem. Why samsung play with our money and mine day by day ? 

I also hard reset my device , i clear all cache , turn off auto restart , use my mobile in safe mode but the problem more increases now .

I know samsung and one ui is best mobile and think . But I faced totally bad experience with samsung . Why samsung not care costumer? 

I suggest the new people who think choose samsung , it being bad. Please choose another brand like oppo , redmi , xiaomi , poco , huwai , realme . 

Dont use samsung .

Thn it maybe related to storage.

No storage issue . My device 6/128 and , only 45 gb contains app photo video

Sometimes it happens becoz of third-party apps that somehow tries to use your data or runs in background.
