Have you tried restarting your M series Phone.
Also try turning on airplane mode and then turning it back off.

how to restore phone software

you need to first hold power and volume down button + home button simultaneously until samsing logo appears. then release only the power button. (depends from model) check your online.

use Samsung Smart switch to recover it.
