Enable call recording option for Samsung m30s

Please help me to enable call recording option for my Samsung M30s mobile. I can't find the settings on the phone app.

1)Click on the three dots option on the menu screen when the call is in process.
2)Now click on the “Record” option.
3)Accept the Terms and Conditions pop-up message. Now the call will be recorded and saved automatically in the internal storage of your Galaxy M30s smartphone once the call has ended.
4)To access the Recorded phone call open the files app and go to internet storage. Find and select the “Call folder” or “Recording folder

Thanks for the comment. There is no record option available when the call is in process.

The feature is not available on devices due to regional restrictions.
