ECHO problem after Firware update

My Samsung galaxy M31s got firmware update on 7th Dec 2021. After getting updated phone is creating issue of Echoing in calls such as Normal Call, Whatsapp etc. It creates trouble while working, callers are hearing their voice back. I have updated all applications from playstore. Still echo issue is not getting solved in video calls.

 Request to samsung to solve this bug in firmware update.

 Lot of customers are facing the same issue after last update. Please kindly help if anyone can do anything regarding the same.

• Help!! I had and have the same echo issue after updates. I have a S21 that I had to purchase a new phone because of the echo. I purchased the Galaxy FlipZ3.  Non-issue till last night, an auto update and now the echo is back on this new phone. I am behind frustrated!!!!!
