It's okay brother. I've already tried every possible tricks but nothing worked actually.
However the one ui developers can solve this issue but samsung has launched so many mobile phones that's why developers creating these types of silly mistakes because of the work load.

Bought it in July 2020.

It started occurring in maybe August or September, later it was fixed long ago. Even, I own m21, and haven't seen this issue since 2 months.
If you are still facing this issue, share log files with this picture attached via Samsung Members errors report.
