Dual whatsapp folder not seen

Hi,

Since yesterday ,after accepting some new terms and conditions of Samsung, the dual whatsapp folder is missing and so not able to see the the videos and photos.

Even new photo, docs or videos cannot be downloaded in the chat of the dual whatsapp.

any idea how to fix this?

Exactly... its for all dual whtsap msgr users. Its nt device delates issue.

I think the issue came with the recent update, I also can't find my files and all folders related to my dual WhatsApp, help me pls if you find a solution

Hi All,

I have successfully restored the dual whatsapp folder in the following way: 1. Do data backup for dual whatsapp and the main whatsapp on a different google account. Don't forget to back up your video data also.

2. Uninstall dualwhatsapp first then the main Whatsapp

3. Reinstall the main WhatsApp, select restore data. Then reinstall dual whatsapp, select restore data.

Voila the dual whatsapp folder reappeared again with its previous contents.

I already  tired  this one. But while  we restoring we can see the folder there but after sometime will became vanished

Yup...i am facing the same issues here...try to figure out the prob many days buy still not work
