Dual whatsapp folder not seen

Hi,

Since yesterday ,after accepting some new terms and conditions of Samsung, the dual whatsapp folder is missing and so not able to see the the videos and photos.

Even new photo, docs or videos cannot be downloaded in the chat of the dual whatsapp.

any idea how to fix this?

Hi, 

The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.

Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.

Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.

Hi Samsung team,

Please provide update on this issue, it is causing lot of issue, as media of dual whatsapp is not visible. Also to resolve this, I took the backup and uninstalled and reinstalled the dual whatsapp, and no media is available in my dual whatsapp, what should I do, please suggest.

send me a screenshot of your dual whatsapp folder in file explorer...i dont have any folder for dual whatsapp due to which i am not having any screenshot also
