Dual whatsapp folder not seen

Hi,

Since yesterday ,after accepting some new terms and conditions of Samsung, the dual whatsapp folder is missing and so not able to see the the videos and photos.

Even new photo, docs or videos cannot be downloaded in the chat of the dual whatsapp.

any idea how to fix this?

Please fix this issue ASAP, as you can see so many people are suffering and so am I. 3+ months and issue not fixed is unacceptable. Or else, we will need to consider purchasing Google Pixel next time and not Samsung.

Samsung is preparing to find a solution for dual app...
It may take years together???
