Dual whatsapp folder not seen

Hi,

Since yesterday ,after accepting some new terms and conditions of Samsung, the dual whatsapp folder is missing and so not able to see the the videos and photos.

Even new photo, docs or videos cannot be downloaded in the chat of the dual whatsapp.

any idea how to fix this?

I am also facing the issues in S9
1. Photos and videos not appearing in gallery
2.folder is not available for dual WhatsApp
3.while take photos using camera directly from the chat it shows file format not supported.
4.if try to resent the voice message it shows failed to share.i have to record it again and send.

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked by an agent.

I think this is Developer Issue. Because Another Brand already recognize this Issue ( Related with Android 11 )

I have Galaxy Note 9 with the same problem and made factory rest twice and it didn`t fix the problem.
All my files went 0 byte and i lost all my data, can't take pictures (no supported format)

Yes, everyone will face the same issue with Whatsapp dual messenger. Apparently, this is because of the recent policy changes implemented by Whatsapp & Samsung. There isn't exactly any solution.
But to eliminate thee problem, do the following steps:

1. Open your cloned whatsapp account->settings->chats->chat backup.
Backup all your messages, photos, videos, docs on your device and your google drive.
Ensure that you remember the credentials of your google account that you're using as backup.

2. Next,open play store and download Whatsapp business. Install, add your phone number, verify your otp. You will get a prompt asking whether you want to restore your content from backup. Select your google account and all your content will be restored on your account after sometime.

3. Lastly, go to settings and disable the option of dual messenger.

When you start the dual messenger, the folders and all show up. They have no problem as such. But the moment you start using, in a few minutes, the whatsapp folder disappears. that way, media saving does not happen.
The problem is no other apps have this problem. Only WhatsApp folder has this problem.

If anyone finds a solution on how to keep the folder from disappearing, then please guide.
