Dual whatsapp folder not seen

Hi,

Since yesterday ,after accepting some new terms and conditions of Samsung, the dual whatsapp folder is missing and so not able to see the the videos and photos.

Even new photo, docs or videos cannot be downloaded in the chat of the dual whatsapp.

any idea how to fix this?

I was advised to perform a factory reset. Has anyone tried to perform a factory reset of the phone? Does it help to resolve the issue?

I did try to factory reset but it did not work.  After  I reinstall whatsapp, everything worked fine for a while, then everything in dualapp whatsapp folders suddenly gone, it went back to same problem - can not view pdf, can not forward image, can not take and share photo in whatsapp, can not doodle and share images.

I did that i uninstalled my whatsapp and reinstalled both of them and again after a day or after a restart the folder is missing again...

Resolve this issue its soo irritating..

I am facing the same issue with my dual whatsapp. Images and videos folder of second whatsapp has suddenly disappeared. If i try to take a picture from dual whatsapp in-chat camera, it gives an error "file format not supported". Similarly, if i try to open a pdf file from the chat, i cannot. It is causing a lot of trouble. Please resolve.
