Dual whatsapp folder not seen

Hi,

Since yesterday ,after accepting some new terms and conditions of Samsung, the dual whatsapp folder is missing and so not able to see the the videos and photos.

Even new photo, docs or videos cannot be downloaded in the chat of the dual whatsapp.

any idea how to fix this?

Yes. Me too. When we reinstalled WhatsApp  we can saw  folder but next instant  it  became hidden or going somewhere.

i told you, i already have dual whatsapp and it is working for chat..see the attachment....but whatsapp folder is not there

Go into your 2nd WhatsApp application's permissions and press allow storage permissions

something has been done by samsung when they informed about new terms and conditions..after clicking ok..the dual whatsapp started having issues

Create one yourself by going to that folder

created whatsapp->media->Whatsapp images folders

send a photo to this dual whatsapp and photo was not seen in the folder..
