Dual whats app bug

Dear samsung,

Many samsung devices are has a bug on dual whats app application.if any one sent a file its downloaded but its not showing in file manger

And also i hv checked at media visibilty too it always turn on but it showing error.

Even if try to change custom wallpaper it won't support.even if crop yhe image also i can't support.

Pls consider as a serious issue and please slove as soon as posible.

Samsung j8, glance feature in my mobile is not working upon opening the screen, i really miss them, what happened, is it a bug or a glitch. How to fix it, i have already tried every thing, suggested B. V. Sureshshetru2976@g.mail.com
