Dual WhatsApp Folder and Data missing

Today i wasn't able to find my dual WhatsApp album in my gallery. I checked in dual app location in the file manager and it was empty. I opened Individual chats in the Dual WhatsApp and found the image shows in media section. Where as the Whatsapp document image isn't opening. Some random images and videos are playing on WhatsApp but not visible on file manager and gallery. 

Pls help me get over this. THANKS

PS: i have my software updated. I have all the permissions granted. I didn't delete anything recently. I don't have any malware on my device (Galaxy M30s)

Factory reset or reinstallation is not a solution bz i already done both and issue is still persist

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician and be able to better help resolve this for you.

Probhaly you are not aware on this. The service center ask you to reset the phone which is not a solution.

Hi, I am facing same problem. I hope its some glitch in the latest update.
I am not able to open any pdf files in my second WhatsApp account (dual app).
I tried factory reset several times and even formatted my phone with a new firmware.. still the problem exists.

Hi, Faced the same problem till now. 

Tried a fix and It helped.. but dont know for how long

1. Open Dual whatsapp

2. Open  Settings.

3. Click on Chats.

4. If the Media Visibilty is checked. Uncheck it and check it again.

It woked for me for now.

check internal storage > Android > media > com.whatsapp > WhatsApp

but this is main account only, not sure where is the parallel account folder save.
