Dual WhatsApp Folder and Data missing

Today i wasn't able to find my dual WhatsApp album in my gallery. I checked in dual app location in the file manager and it was empty. I opened Individual chats in the Dual WhatsApp and found the image shows in media section. Where as the Whatsapp document image isn't opening. Some random images and videos are playing on WhatsApp but not visible on file manager and gallery. 

Pls help me get over this. THANKS

PS: i have my software updated. I have all the permissions granted. I didn't delete anything recently. I don't have any malware on my device (Galaxy M30s)

Same problem for me also, i did reinstall also but for a while showing after that gone.

Even I did the same just as asked by the support member. 1st sent one photo is visible not the rest.

Hi Saigrioot.. Can you check if the below setting is enabled on your dual WhatsApp messenger?

Open Dual WhatsApp Messenger 》Go to Settings 》Chats 》Enable Media Visibility.. Please refer attached screenshot..

I checked mine on my S21 Ultra and S20 plus and it works fine.

TIP: Always backup your chat to your Gmail or Google drive so that you can restore them any time in the future.

I did turn on and  off media visibility. Nothing changed. I contacted support,  they told me to backup , uninstall and reset settings on mobile then install again. I did the same. I sent one picture and its visible anything sent later is again missing.

Refer to the screenshot below. It only has one "WHATSAPP IMAGES" folder with only one image.

Earlier i was not able to see pdf files received through dual app ( whatsapp). Now this problem got automatically resolved but the new problem arised.  The media and documents are missing from dual app ( whatsapp) application. Please help.
