Galaxy MThank you for your response. However, I would like to respectfully disagree with your conclusion regarding repair charges.
The display issue (two lines appearing on the screen) occurred immediately after installing the official Samsung software update. Prior to this update, my device was functioning perfectly without any such problems. Since the issue clearly arose as a result of the software update provided by Samsung, it cannot be considered a normal wear-and-tear or user-caused damage case.
If an update designed and released by Samsung creates a hardware/display malfunction, it becomes a responsibility of Samsung to address this at no additional cost to the customer. Asking me to pay for display replacement under these circumstances does not seem fair, especially when the root cause is linked directly to the official software update.
I kindly request that Samsung reconsiders my case and provides a resolution without charges, such as:
Free repair/replacement of the affected display, or
Alternative compensation/solution that resolves the issue caused by the update.
I have trusted Samsung for reliability, and I believe the company will uphold customer satisfaction in such cases. Please escalate this matter to the concerned team for a fair resolution.
Looking forward to your support.
