Directions in Samsung Galaxy M30s

Does anyone facing problem in using Compass in M30s? It shows me wrong north direction. Anyone facing same?

Yes M30s has faulty compass

Nope, just open google maps and after GPS gets position lock tap locate your position icon such that the map moves according to the direction you are facing, if its showing right direction and moving along your direction you are facing reality then it's right. For me it's just working fine.

You can download some 3rd party compass app from playstore.

Yes, i've downloaded third party compass app and it also shows error. i've watched the vedio of m30s from the famous youtuber geekyranjit and he also facing the same. so maybe there is an issue for this.

It'll show right direction in Google maps as long as it has GPS contact.

Just downloaded one 3rd party compass app from playstore for my M30s and it is showing right direction. Maybe your unit is defective. Go for Samsung service centre or if it is in some kind of replacement policy try to replace this defective unit.

Need software update. Visitng service center wont help you anyway. I already been there.
