Dex not working

yesterday I downloaded Samsung dex on windows but my mobile is not connecting to Samsung dex and it's showing to to start Samsung dex connect your phoneand if it's not connecting try disconnecting and reconnecting the phone or by installing the drivers

I have done all the things required but still not able to he mobile connected to Samsung dex
