Developer mode not enabling

I go to settings and about phone - software information- build option . I tap on build options 7 times. It shows that developer mode has been enabled. But when I go to settings I can not find developer mode and after searching I am not getting it. I tried after restarting my phone also. It is not working. Any solution. Phone model is M31 8/128

if so, then wait fir emi completion, after that it will be enabled automatically
