Default Image Downloads Directory

How does one make the images that we download go directly to the gallery / images folder ?

I have a M30s and when I download an image from the browser it goes to /storage/0/emulated.

Can anyone help? Thanks much.

If you using the Google Chrome browser update it to latest version first then go to the browser Settings > Downloads > "Ask where to save files" keep it "On". Then download and notice the download folder of the gallery.

chrome asks where to save files, if not go to chrome settings and change download location to always ask
