Aur January  starts  ho chuka H

Galaxy M30s receives quarterly security updates (once every three months) and not monthly. So no December update for it.

Nope. There was only 1 security update, all other were bug-fix updates. Bug fixes are different. Security patches are different. If there isn't anything serious universally there won't be a bug-fix update.
