I have been using M31 since March and after 4 _5 months the back panel which is glossy black plastic got scratched and many spots even though I had used a soft TPU case . I m feeling cheated .. Is it a manufacturing defect?? . Should I get warranty?.. Any one else facing it???
So cheap plastic is used in the back panel of M31 and M21 . Really never expected!!!!
I had taken great care of my phone even i hadn't dropped it .
