and clear cache/data of gallery

my date is in automatic date and time, and also have cleared data of gallery but no luck

Check, if any gallery update is pending
or
uninstall last update of gallery
or
if you want go for reset apps preferences once(par ye puri app ki settings change kar dega)
or

It is the date the film or video was last modified, not the date od downloaded. That 20th century fox film was last modified on January 16th, 2012, so that date is showing.

that's not true, even the pictures taken from this phone is set to odd dates

My bad then, but I have seen what I told in the previous comment in my devices (both Android and Windows 10). If even the pictures are wrongly dated, then it is an issue with the gallery app itself.
