Fed up with the customer service. I had nearly 20 chats on WhatsApp and Web. Mailed 5times but no reply. Why don't they accept that its a issue everyone facing.  Some say no such issues your specific device has that, some say issue already escalated you will get ota fix soon, some say both, some say visit service center . Why don't they ( customer service or executives) stand on one answer.

I hear A50s users also has this issue after the same June security update.

Also Internet explorer users please switch to chrome/ new Edge (it is good) and please don't comment govt regulations etc. 
All ott platforms lifted restrictions and you can watch upto Uhd. 

Prime : lifted on June 20 you can watch upto Uhd ( varies with device) 
Netflix : lifted on June 10 you can watch upto Uhd ( varies with device and plan) 
Hotstar : lifted on June 20. 
YouTube : lifted on July 16. No restrictions. 

These are the dates given by respective customer service team. 
Currently there are no such restrictions on any network, platform, device etc. 

Sent log files on 3/7/20 got reply today

Yes. These executives doesn't know exact reason. Some say it's a bug will be fixed in next update. Some say they wantedly removed to avoid heating & battery drain issues.
The correct reason would be said by Samsung technical team so only thing we have to do is to send error reports via members app.

Hope your issue got resolved. Kindly be informed that, it is a known issue to Samsung this will be fixed in upcoming release planned in the market. Please upgrade via FOTA when a new release will be available.

I have already reported this on the very first day of the update,I was tired of contacting Samsung customer care service and was fed up of different answers they were giving.The final reply I got was that this issue will be fixed via next FOTA update! Thats all!!!when that update comes no onek knows and the customer care service is below average or worst.
