Couldn't unzip Whatsapp

1. My mobile model number J200G  when I want to unzip whastapp app the memory saver says couldn't unzip Whatsapp.
2. What is the problem ? The memory saver problem or what's app problem ?
3. & I lost my all whatsapp data ********

Hi Kasimlahkar,

Sometime Whatsapp or any kind of social media application if it was zipped for longtime it can cause in app crash... if your whatsapp folder is located on SD card then it was ok, no risk of lost your document,images ... unless if it was located in device storage then the data cannot be recovered...check your whatsapp folder is located in sd card, if yes. then no risk of image or document loss...

and uninstall the app, then re install the whatsapp
